The same system Dries runs with his one-to-one clients, now self-serve.

Train without guesswork. Start training your actual weak link.

For lifters training 3 to 5x a week. Your lifts score nine strength patterns against your own targets, the lowest one is your weak link, and your program is built to attack it.

No call required. Your program within 24 hours. Cancel anytime.

Sound familiar?
  • Consistent for months, but your numbers haven't moved
  • Every few weeks you change something and hope this is the one
  • Programming, technique or recovery? You can't tell, so you guess
  • You've been running plans written for everyone. You are not everyone
  • You suspect you're working hard on the wrong things. You're probably right
Why nothing has worked

You haven't been treating the problem.

Every method you've tried was chasing the symptoms; none of them found the weak link underneath your strength and power. That's the gap.

Free programs & PDF templates

Built for everyone. Fits no one.

A free plan hands the same sets and reps to a springy athlete and a slow grinder. One of them is wasting their time. Usually both. It can't account for what it never measured.

More volume or intensity, harder sessions

Working harder on the wrong thing.

Adding sessions or chasing PRs builds fatigue, not progress. If your weak link stays untrained, more volume makes it worse. You get more fatigue instead of progress.

The actual problem

You were guessing in the dark.

Nobody ever tested you. It was never that you did not try hard enough. You were trying to solve the wrong problem.

The GP Method

Three steps. No guessing.

The same system is used for all coached clients and is now built for self-serve within a membership.

Step 01 · day 1

We find your weak link.

A short intake, then your Force Profile in the app. It scores nine strength patterns against your own targets and names the lowest one. The Jump Profile too, when your goal calls for it.

Step 02 · within 24 hours

You train on a program built for you.

Dries reads your profile and matches you to the program built for that weak link and your goal. It is in your app within 24 hours: real athletic strength and power work, 3 to 5 sessions a week.

Step 03 · every 3 months

You progress on proof, not luck.

You retest strength, power, and movement. Your weak link moves; the next program targets the new one, and your coach is in the community the whole way. Progress is measured, not guessed at.

The weak link

You're not weak everywhere.
You're weak in one of nine places.

Your Force Profile scores nine strength and power patterns against your own targets, then finds the single lowest one. Nine possible problems, nine matched solutions.

Every 3 months, you retest, and your weak link moves. A new one surfaces, a new program targets it, and you climb again. That is how you keep growing instead of plateauing, one weak link at a time.

You don't need a max. Just your heaviest set.

Lifts you have never done stay blank and score as not tested.

Never lifted at all? Then there is nothing to screen yet. You start on the Athletic Foundation Builder: 12 weeks, 3 to 5 sessions a week, of athletic strength, power, and single-leg work that builds you up everywhere at once, so you hit your first retest with real numbers.

The full picture

One weak link fixes your training.
Three corners tell you who you are.

Movement, Jump, and Conditioning profiles are yours to run too, and together they build one card that names the single quality holding everything else back. Strength without range is restriction. Strength without coordination goes nowhere.

You are built for intensity. You thrive on heavy loads, grinding effort, and dominating outcomes. Frequency and load are your tools. Volume and variety drain you.

Your top recovery tip
You recover from hard training faster than almost anyone, but your high drive runs you hot. Protect sleep and downtime so the intensity doesn't tip into burnout.
Your top 3 supplements
› Creatine, 5g a day. Backs up your heavy, low-rep strength work.
› Caffeine before training, not late in the day.
› Magnesium before bed. Your high drive burns through it.

Why this tier is not a stripped-down one

Four things members get
that coached clients don't.

This is not the coached programme with pieces removed. It is a different deal: you hold the controls.

Testing

You run your own tests

Force, Movement, Jump and Conditioning, whenever you want, as often as you want. No booking, no waiting on a coach's calendar.

Coached: the coach runs them
Programming

You swap exercises yourself

Equipment missing, shoulder cranky, gym busy. Swap the movement in the app and keep the session intact.

Coached: the coach owns the plan
Tracking

You build your own check-in

Pick up to eight daily trackers from sleep, energy, stress, nutrition, load and pain. Yours to change any day.

Coached: the coach locks the board
Community

You train in the members' room

Members only. Everyone in it is training their own weak link, so the questions are specific and so are the answers.

Coached: one coach, one inbox

The best version of your body isn't behind you.

Ten minutes of testing, a program built for what it finds, and 14 days to change your mind.

See the two plans
Coach Dries
Why Dries

I trained to get strong and big, and it left me tight, heavy, and slow.

For years, I chased a lean, muscular physique and the big three. The numbers went up, and so did everything I didn't want. I got even tighter. I felt heavy and slow. And eating for that size pushed my gut health further in the wrong direction. I was "strong," and I'd never felt less athletic.

In early 2025, I got the opportunity to prep athletes for the NFL Combine, which showed me what real athletic training looks like and put my weak links right in front of me. I'd built one quality, big-three strength, and ignored the rest. So that's what I changed: strength isn't just the big three, it's athletic, it's unilateral, and the big three.

But here's where it really matters. I took everything and applied it to myself and my clients. I'm not stronger on the big three than I was. But I'm faster, more explosive, more mobile, and more athletic than I've ever been, and my gut is in a much better place. And the results my clients achieved. Issues that I couldn't seem to figure out suddenly all made sense.

That's the GP Method: I find the weak link holding you back, whatever it turns out to be, and point your training straight at it.

Training & Recovery
How did your training feel this week overall?
Training felt really good. Workouts are short but challenging. I'm sore the next day but very manageable. Even on days where I feel slow and sluggish I can still complete the workout without being over exhausted afterwards. Program design is top notch.

How recovered do you feel going into next week?

No waiting around to find out what you paid for. Here is exactly how it goes.

Minute 1

You get in

Set your password and answer a short intake: your goals and the days you can train. No call to book.

Minute 10

You run your Force Profile

Enter your main lifts. No max needed, a hard working set is enough, and lifts you have never done stay blank. Your weak link is named on the spot.

Within 24 hours

Your program lands

Your block is in the app, week by week, session by session, with every set, rep and rest already written. Nothing to assemble yourself.

This week

You train

Open session one and log your sets. From then on the app carries last week's numbers in with you, so you always know what to beat.

Questions

Answered with honesty.

The things people ask before joining, with real answers.

Is this just another generic program I could find for free?
I'm already strong. Is this going to be too basic?
You have never seen me lift. How can you write my program?
Do I actually get to talk to you?
How long until I see results?
Will this make me smaller?
What if I specifically want to jump higher or get faster?
What equipment do I need?
Can I cancel, and what happens if I do?
Do I need to test my one-rep max first?

You haven't plateaued for good.
You've just never trained
the thing holding you back.

One test names it. One program trains it. Every 3 months you retest, and the target moves.
