For active adults who still train, play, and push, but feel stiff, slow, and held back. The GP Method finds exactly what's holding you back, then trains the cause. Not the symptom.

If any of these feel a bit too accurate, keep reading.
You wake up stiff the day after a hard session. It takes two or three days before you feel right again. It used to take one.
There's a half-second hesitation before the sprint, the jump, the steeper run. Not pain exactly. Just a quiet signal that you don't fully trust the body anymore.
One side is always talking: a hip, a knee, a shoulder. You've quietly learned to train around it instead of fixing it.
You've tried stretching, foam rolling, the odd physio session. It helps for a few days. Then you're back where you started.
Part of you has started to think: maybe this is just what getting older feels like. But another part of you isn't ready to accept that yet.
Every method you've tried was chasing the spot that hurts. None of them asked why it hurts. That's the gap.
You're targeting the symptom: the tight hip, the nagging knee. Tightness is usually a downstream signal. Stretch the downstream and the upstream keeps sending it.
Manual therapy treats what's presenting today. Without addressing the pattern causing it, the presentation keeps coming back. Good for flare-ups. Not a fix.
An app gives everyone the same plan. If your left side is doing 30% less work, the app doesn't know that. So it ignores it. So does your training.
Nobody ever screened you. Without a diagnosis, every fix is a shot in the dark. It's not that you didn't try hard enough. It's that you were solving the wrong problem.
The same system used with my closest coached clients, built for self-serve inside a membership.
A 30-second intake and a simple movement self-screen. No guessing: we see exactly where your power, mobility, or bounce has gone, and which side is the quiet problem.
Built around your screen results, your goal, and the days you actually have. 2 to 5 sessions a week, all in the app. This is not a generic plan with your name on it.
Retest every 3 months. The program updates to where you are now, not where you started. Ask both coaches anything in the community as you go.
The GP Method is designed to be the last training system you piece together from guesswork.
A periodised training program built around your movement screen results and your goal.
A hand-portion nutrition calculator with a daily tracker. No weighing, no grams. Plus, sleep and bodyweight tracking are built into your routine.
Personality profile, breathwork, journalling, and quick resets. The side of performance most programs ignore entirely.
A members community with both coaches present. Ask anything as you train. No silence, no flying blind.
You haven't peaked. You've just stopped training the thing that fades first. Let's change that.
Join the GP Method todayThree things happen immediately. Nothing complicated.
A short form and a simple movement screen you do at home. Takes about 10 minutes. This is what makes everything that follows actually work.
The nutrition plan tracker, sleep tracker, and all four hubs are ready the moment you open the app. Your training program is live within 48 hours. Chosen based on your screen results and your goals.
Log your sessions, ask questions in the community, and check in with either coach when you need to. No guessing, no silence.
Both hips were operated on at 19 years old as a Muay Thai athlete. Later, strong in the gym, but still tight, still limited, still nagged by the same hips long after surgery. I was doing everything "right" and still not feeling athletic or free in my own body.
Early 2025, a course in Tampa changed how I understood movement. I'd been training hard, but not training for how the body actually moves: on one leg, in rotation, in fast unpredictable moments. That's exactly why the nagging stuff never resolves.
I train five times a week now and feel more athletic than I ever have, including sprint training I'll keep doing for the rest of my life. My hips keep improving. I'm telling you because I know what it feels like to accept the wrong story about your body, and then prove it wrong.
There's a lot of bad information in the fitness world, and most people are quietly accepting slow, stiff, and careful as normal. It isn't normal. And it isn't fixed. The GP Method is how I help people prove that.
The membership is new. The system inside it isn't. It's the same screen, program, and retest loop I run with my coached clients.
"I started at 47 having never trained before. I couldn't do a Bulgarian split squat. Now I do FFE split squats with 14 kg on each side. His programs follow perfect logic, aimed at your goals. You always feel like he has your back."
"Every previous attempt had collapsed under court schedules and client dinners. This time the plan bent around my calendar instead of fighting it. My calories went up, not down - and I hit a 100 kg back squat PR."
These results came from direct 1:1 coaching. The GP Method runs the same system in membership form, with coaches present in the community throughout.
The only difference is billing. The access, the program, and the coaches are all identical.
