Sound familiar

Months of hard work. Same jump, same speed.

If two of these sound like you, this is for you.

It isn't effort, and it isn't discipline.

You've been training week to week, with no long-term plan, and no number to track it.

Post-ACL surgery, a full rebuild. Agathe profiled what the knee had cost him, trained it back in order, and worked his nutrition alongside it. He's racing Hyrox now.

Fast on the pitch but weak in the gym, and held back by knee pain. I profiled the weak links behind it, built his strength around them, and a few months later the knee pain was gone and his performance had moved with it.

Coach DriesGP Method
Why Dries

I trained to get strong and big, and it left me tight, heavy, and slow.

For years, I chased a lean, muscular physique and the big three. The numbers went up, and so did everything I didn't want. I got even tighter. I felt heavy and slow. And eating for that size pushed my gut health further in the wrong direction. I was "strong," and I'd never felt less athletic.

A few years ago, I got the opportunity to prep athletes for the NFL Combine, which showed me what real athletic training looks like and put my weak links right in front of me. I'd built one quality, big-three strength, and ignored the rest. So that's what I changed: strength isn't just the big three. It's athletic, it's unilateral, and yes, it's the big three too.

But here's where it really matters. I took everything and applied it to myself and my clients. I'm not stronger on the big three than I was. But I'm faster, more explosive, more mobile, and more athletic than I've ever been, and my gut is in a much better place. And my clients got the same results. Issues I couldn't figure out before suddenly all made sense.

You shouldn't have to guess for years like I did. That's why I built the GP Method.

Personality Profile
This doesn't change your program. Your goal picks your block. Your type is how you recover, eat and feel a session.
Your personality type
The Bulldozer
Intensity
You are built for intensity. You thrive on heavy loads, grinding effort, and dominating outcomes. Frequency and load are your tools. Volume and variety drain you.
Your answers pointed clearly at this type.
Your top recovery tip

You recover from hard training faster than almost anyone, but your high drive runs you hot. Protect sleep and downtime so the intensity doesn't tip into burnout.

Your top nutrition tip

You do best on simple, structured, balanced meals and can lean toward fewer carbs. When you do eat carbs, put them after training.

Your top 3 supplements

› Creatine, 5g a day. Backs up your heavy, low-rep strength work.

› Caffeine before training, not late in the day.

› Magnesium before bed. Your high drive burns through it.

Questions

What people ask me.

What's the difference between the two plans?
The training is the same. The 12-week plan is one full block, costs less per 4 weeks, and comes with the Nutrition course. The 4-week plan lets you start smaller and renew every 4 weeks.
I already have a GP course. What does the Method add?
A course teaches you how to train. The Method writes the twelve weeks for you: every session, set and rep for the goal you pick, in order, and the platform tracks every lift and jump so you can see it move.
You've never seen me lift. How can you write my program?
I don't have to. You pick your goal and answer two questions, and the block I wrote for that goal is on the platform straight away, loaded to your strength level. Session one opens with a short start test. Week 12 is your test day: four movement tests and your goal's jump, or all three. It takes 15 to 20 minutes, and the platform walks you through each test with a video and a clear rule for what counts.
Is this the right level for me?
Yes. Your targets come from your own bodyweight and your jumps are scored against where you are now, never against someone else. Already jumping and sprinting? Twelve weeks in the right order take you further than a list of drills. Strong but slow? Your two answers put you on the speed side. Never jumped? Pick All Three: one block that trains all three, in the right order.
Can I change my goal?
Once, in your first 7 days. After that you train the goal you picked for the full 12 weeks, because switching every few weeks is how nothing moves. At your test day in week 12 you choose again: keep your goal, or pick a new one.
Do I actually get to talk to you?
Yes, in the members' room. That's where I answer, in front of everyone, so nobody asks twice. What this isn't: a private inbox, weekly check-ins or form-check video reviews. That's online one-on-one coaching. What you do get from me is the part that decides your training. I wrote every block.
What do I need, and how do I measure my jumps?
A normal gym: a barbell, dumbbells, a rack and somewhere to pull. Machine taken, or your gym doesn't have it? Swap the exercise in two taps.

For the jumps you need a few metres of floor, a tape measure for the broad jump and a firm box for the drop jump. Pick 30 or 45 cm once and keep it, so every test day compares. No jump mat or timing gates. You film the jump on your phone at 60 frames per second, mark two frames, and the platform reads the height. The clip stays on your phone, or you type the height in.

The optional speed sessions need a bit more: about 30 m and a hill or a sled for acceleration, 40 m for absolute speed, and 10 m, a line and two bands for multidirectional. Each one has a swap written in.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The GP Platform runs in your phone's browser, and you can put it on your home screen in two taps. No download needed.
How long until I see results?
Your goal starts moving in the first four to eight weeks. The bigger, measurable change shows at your test day in week 12, the earliest point the numbers actually say something. Anyone promising faster is selling something.
Can I cancel, and what happens if I do?
Cancel any time, from either plan. You keep access until the period you've paid for runs out, so nothing disappears the day you cancel. Inside the first 14 days you get your money back in full. If you joined on a first-members price, that price ends when you cancel. Your profiles and training history stay on your account if you come back.

You already train hard. Now train in the right direction.

You pick the goal. One block trains it. Every 12 weeks you test, and you choose what comes next.

Terms

Last updated 28 October 2026. These terms cover the GP Method membership, sold by Dries Grossen, operating as GP Coach Dries. Joining means you accept them.

What you are buying. A membership to the GP Platform: a periodised training block for the goal you pick, the Force, Movement, Jump and Conditioning profiles, workout logging and PR tracking, the nutrition and check-in tools, the Self Hub, the members community and your course library. Blocks are written by Coach Dries for each goal and assigned automatically from the goal you pick. Fully bespoke online one-on-one coaching is a separate service.

Price and billing. €57 billed every 4 weeks until cancelled, which is 13 payments a year (members who joined at €59 keep that price). €147 billed every 12 weeks until cancelled, or €47 (the first 20 members) or €97 if you joined while a 24-hour price ran, which then stays the same for as long as the plan runs. The Nutrition: White Belt Mastery course is included with the 12-week plan for as long as you stay a member. Payment is taken through Stripe, prices are in euros, and renewal is automatic unless you cancel first.

Cancelling. Cancel at any time. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for and you are not billed again. Your profiles and training history stay on your account if you come back.

14-day guarantee. If you do not think it is worth continuing, for any reason, message within 14 days of your first payment and you get a full refund.

Your account. Your login is for you. Do not share it, and do not redistribute, resell or republish the programs, courses or profile results. You keep ownership of the data you enter and hold a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content while your membership is active.

Health and training risk. Strength training carries risk. The GP Method is coaching and education, not medical advice, and nothing on the GP Platform diagnoses or treats a medical condition. Check with a doctor before starting if you have an injury, a health condition or any doubt. You train at your own risk and are responsible for your own technique and load selection.

What is not promised. Results depend on your training, recovery, nutrition and consistency. Client results shown on this site are real and individual, and are not a guarantee of what you will achieve.

Account termination and changes. Access may be ended, with a pro-rata refund of any unused paid period, if an account is shared, content is redistributed, or a member behaves abusively toward the coach or the community. These terms and the price may change; existing members are told by email before a price change applies.
